Meet The Team
Robert Gibbs
Robert’s passion for lawn care started at the young age of 8. He started his first business mowing lawns in 2002. This company became so successful it was eagerly acquired by a local company while he took the time to further his education in the field. He earned his degree in Horticulture from Northern Virginia Community College where he earned his certification as an applicator in VA, DC, and MD. Throughout his career, He has managed Integrated Pest Management programs for various companies. He has overcome challenges in the residential and commercial landscaping industry over his 20 years in the business. He is passionate about working with each client to create a custom program to meet each client’s needs. He is grateful for the opportunity to continue his passion with Gibbs Lawn Care.
Ashley Gibbs
Ashley has worked in the finance and accounting world since 2018 while working for the federal government as a Financial Analyst. She got a degree from George Mason University in Business Information Systems and Operations Management. She has also taken many certification classes to help her learn more of the inner workings of a business accountant as well as customer service to help with her customer service skills. She has been able to apply this expertise into Gibbs Lawn Care with her exceptional customer service and accounting skills. She is the person that will send you your invoice and will respond to all your questions. We think she is a great asset to our team.
